High School Art Exhibit Opens at WBU

The second annual High School Art Exhibit has opened at Williams Baptist University, with works from several northeast Arkansas schools on display.  The art show opened with a reception on Monday, March 4, and will remain open through March 15.

High schools and students represented in the exhibit include:

Corning: Jessica Wallace.

Greene County Tech: Baleigh Boling, Ann Elise Jarrett and Clint Massie.

Highland: Casey Colvey, Gwen Rackmyer and Adrian Stephens.

Hoxie: Cassidy Clayton, MacKenzie Orrick and Cooper Wright.

Maynard: Michelle Hamilton.

Sloan-Hendrix: Cheryl Blankenship, Kelsey Carter and Audra Scales.

Walnut Ridge: Shyanne Foley, Erin Hicks and Katie Kersey.

The exhibit is located in the gallery of WBU’s Maddox Center.  Gallery hours are from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and the public is invited.  Admission is free.

Williams is a private, Christian university in Walnut Ridge.
