Dr. Brad Baine, a WBU alumnus, has served at Williams since 2004.  His roles have included chair of the Williams Teacher Education Program and head coach of the Lady Eagles volleyball squad.  He now oversees the academic program at WBU, as well as areas that directly impact the student experience, including student affairs, athletics, and campus ministries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from WBU, a Master of Science in Education from Arkansas State University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Arkansas.

He is a Northeast Arkansas native who was raised in neighboring Greene County.  While a student at Williams, he was a standout basketball player and recipient of the prestigious Founder’s Award.

Dr. Baine is a deacon and Sunday School teacher at Westview Baptist Church in Paragould, and he is also a member of the Greene County Tech school board.  He and his wife, Meredith, have two sons.
