Job Description: To assist the office staff in executing duties and responsibilities of the Admissions Office.  Duties may include, but are not limited to: filing, assisting with student mailings, answering student phone calls, greeting students as they come to the admissions office, answering general admissions questions, and other general office duties as directed.

General Qualifications:  Customer service experience preferred, general office experience, and basic knowledge of computers.

Job Description: Athletic Director Assistant position will serve as assistant to the Athletic Director. Job Description:  Assist the Sports Information Director with in-game statistics and proper distribution of post-game box scores to coaches and media. Will also submit statistics to the NAIA following competition. Filming home games for WBU, provide game-day statistics at home contests, take action and candid photos of sporting events.  Work is seasonal and by sport. Evenings and weekends required.
