Williams Baptist University has honored seven of its employees for 60 years of combined service to the school and its Christ-centered education.

Lynn Pennington was recognized for her 15 years of service to the university as an instructor of music education, while both Tony Conley and Dr. Aneita Cooper were honored for 10 years of service. Conley serves as the Director of the Physical Plant at WBU, while Cooper is the university’s Director of Counseling.

Dr. Rodney Harris, Bill  Jeffery, Rachel Steele and Gabriel Sitibaldi were all honored for five years of service at Williams. Harris is the chair of the department of History and an assistant professor of history, while Jeffery is the Digital Media Recruiting Coordinator and Director of Student Music Ministry. Steele is the school’s Director of Admissions, while Sitibaldi serves as the head men’s and women’s soccer coach.

The employees were honored at the WBU employee service luncheon on Dec. 15.

WBU is a private, Christian university in Walnut Ridge.
