Master of Arts in Teaching

Engaging times are ahead for you as you prepare to become a licensed teacher and earn a master’s degree simultaneously. This degree provides you with the option to immediately begin teaching or keep your current job until your final semester when you would have a teaching internship with a licensed classroom teacher. If you already have a bachelor’s degree, take a career step today to prepare yourself to make a difference in the lives of our students by becoming an educator.

An advanced degree (The MAT) will put you in a great place on the school district’s salary
schedule. Districts determine salaries by years of experience and education. You will be able to complete this degree in two years!

The Williams MAT fully online program is VERY competitive in costs and VERY high in
quality! Your tuition per course, an internship fee and a graduation fee are made clear before you enter the program. There will be no additional costs or hidden fees at Williams Baptist University.

You will have access to a community of learners from whom you can give and receive a range of knowledge, from the trivial to the profound. You will be in good company with peers who have like goals, aspirations and plans. Joining this community of learners will enlighten and invigorate you as you prepare yourself to have a positive influence on the leaders of tomorrow.
