You can appeal your WBU parking citation online.

Provided your case does not meet one of the exceptions listed below, please fill out and submit this form.  The following are not sufficient grounds for accepting an appeal of a parking citation:

. Being late or in a hurry
. Dropping someone or something off or picking up
. Preferred parking location is full or too far away
. Inclement weather
. Others parked the same way did not receive citations
. Using flashing hazard lights
. The amount of time the vehicle was parked
. The owner of the vehicle was not operating the vehicle at the time
