WBU Touts New Website

Williams Baptist University has a new website to go with its new name.  Williams became a university over the summer and changed its website domain name to williamsbu.edu, and in the process it has launched a new home page.

WBU officials say the new website is entirely mobile friendly to accommodate those on cell phones and tablets.  It features videos and other modern graphics, and while it focuses on prospective students, it provides wide ranging information for the university’s entire internet audience.

“The new website is a major step forward for WBU’s web presence.  It is visually appealing and does a great job of showing off our campus and our people.  It is also very user friendly, with quick access to information for our prospective students, as well as news and events.  Anyone can visit williamsbu.edu and quickly find a wealth of information about Williams,” said Brett Cooper, vice president for institutional advancement.

Cooper said the new WBU website was launched at the start of the school year, and it has been refined in the weeks since to provide additional information about the university.  The site was developed by The Solutions Group in Jonesboro.
