Morris & Maddox Crowned at WBU Homecoming

Seniors Zaelin Morris and Fowler Maddox have been named the Homecoming Queen and King at Williams Baptist University. Morris and Maddox were crowned Wednesday, Nov. 6, as part of Homecoming week festivities at Williams.

Morris, a native of Mayflower, Ark., is majoring in sports management at WBU. Maddox is from Jonesboro, Ark., and is also a sports management major.

Also representing the senior class on the Homecoming court were Natalia Watkins and D.J. Townsend. Watkins is from Houston, Tex., while Townsend is from Little Rock, Ark. Both are majoring in liberal arts.

The junior class was represented on the court by Kaedynce Miller and Mason Andrews. Miller is a psychology major from Jonesboro, and Andrews is a liberal arts major from Walnut Ridge

Sophomores were represented by Macy Miller of Jonesboro and Jon Ward of Pocahontas, Ark. Miller is pursuing a degree in mid-level language arts and social studies education, while Ward is majoring in liberal arts.

The freshmen on the court were Meadow Jones of Jonesboro and Archer Dienst of Highland, Ark. Jones is a biology major, while Dienst is majoring in Christian ministries.

The homecoming court is picked by the WBU student body, which also selects the king and queen.

Williams is a private, Christian university in Walnut Ridge.
